Overview

Flamestreet is a landing page and digital ecosystem for a charcoal-grilled BBQ chicken protein F&B business, available at flamestreet.id. It pairs a public landing page with a PWA and a mobile app for the loyalty/member program, and is backed by a built-in POS system, a food delivery system, financial and sales reporting, transaction records, and push notifications.

Problems in F&B that Flamestreet addresses

• Loyalty programs often run on paper or spreadsheets, so member points are hard to track and easy to lose.

• Sales, member, and delivery data live in separate tools, so owners have no single view of the business.

• Delivery orders are coordinated over chat without proof of handover, which leads to disputes.

• POS setups that are desktop-only make it hard to serve dine-in, takeaway, and delivery from one place.

• There is no owned channel to reach customers again after a purchase.

How the platform solves them

• Member program in the PWA and mobile app: buy products, check points, redeem points, and purchase products with points.

• Built-in POS system for in-store orders, sharing the same product and member data as the apps.

• Food delivery system with in-app chat and photo proof of delivery.

• Financial reports, sales reports, and transaction records generated from the same transaction data.

• Push notifications via FCM to keep customers updated on points and orders and to bring them back.

• Landing page as the public entry point that funnels visitors into the member program.

Payments and loyalty

Payments are handled through the Doku payment gateway. The member program supports redeeming points as well as purchasing products with points, so customers can pay with money or with loyalty points.

Technology

Built with Laravel, React.js, React Native, and Expo, with Laravel Reverb for realtime features, MySQL as the database, and deployment on a Linux VPS. Push notifications use FCM, and payments use the Doku payment gateway.
