Overview
Kleen Laundry POS brings essential laundry operations into one connected platform. It helps teams manage orders across branches, follow each transaction through production, coordinate deliveries, and keep customers informed.
Connected team workflows
Cashiers can register customers, select services, create orders, record payments, and capture item photos. Production staff can move orders through configurable processing stages, verify item counts, and record notes. Couriers can manage transfers between outlets and production locations, with delivery tasks and photo proof.
Management and customer tools
The web admin dashboard gives managers a view of branch activity, transactions, revenue, services, employees, and operational reports. Customers can use a public order page to check order details and follow item progress.
Communication and payments
The system supports payment recording, customer balance and laundry quota packages, and WhatsApp notifications for order receipts and pickup updates. Admins can manage branch-specific services and communication settings from the dashboard.
